Also, keep in mind that you can always report bugs via the “REPORT ISSUE” feature via the app, if you experience problems along the way.
If you need technical support, but call outside business hours, we always advise people to do their best to ensure that the bike is delivered to a Just Bike HUB.
We can always refund any extra bill.
